In July 2006, a student at a Member university took a seat in the wrong lecture theatre. When she realised her mistake, she got up from her seat and started to exit the lecture theatre via the set of landings on one side of the lecture theatre. While hurrying to leave the lecture theatre, so that she could make her way to her own lecture, she tripped on one of the landings and fell down, sustaining a significant knee injury.
