This checklist contains three sections.

Section 1: Campus Threat Assessment Committee Formation

Designed to assist Members in determining whether such a committee would be useful in identifying potential areas of threat to normal university operations. Such committees can be either formal or informal, but are designed to recognise early warnings in the university community that a potential significant event may occur which could result in a sudden business interruption incident, campus violence, a major accident or disaster which in turn affects normal teaching, learning or research activity.
