Unimutual has launched a new module in ReSure to provide Members with Risk Improvement Recommendations and as a means to communicate with Members on these recommendations. In the past spreadsheets were emailed with recommendations listed and request to respond on status. However, this was cumbersome, time consuming and some of the recommendations related to surveys that had been conducted many years ago which had not been closed out yet. The utilisation of ReSure as a portal for reviewing and updating recommendations will provide a more efficient and user-friendlier experience for Members, and its development has been driven by feedback from Members.
The module has been kindly piloted by three Members and the module modified in areas such as layout, definitions and categories. Changes based on the pilot feedback have now been rolled out, and we have been inviting Members to utilise the Module. The first priority will be those Members that have had Property Risk Surveys this year, but we can accommodate any Member that wishes to utilize it sooner.
The first step will be for Unimutual to activate the module in the Member’s view in ReSure and to provide online orientation its use and functions. Please let us know if you are interested in having an online orientation.
