As part of our dedication to provide Members better risk management services, we have added a new tab to the Claims Management System entitled Post Claim Analysis.

This tab can be used for all claims at the discretion of the Member, and is intended to keep a record of losses that were either preventable or could have been minimised – as well as to note potential actions that can be taken to prevent or minimise such losses in future.

This information can then be used for internal reporting and the formulation of risk management programs going forwards.Please note that an improved interface for the Unimutual Online Renewal and Claims Management System will be launched this year. This will bring a more modern look and better functionality to the system, with useful dashboards and graphics. We will keep you updated on developments during the year.
