Our  latest  Emerging Risk report looks at the first quarterly report since the new Notifiable Data Breach scheme came into place in February 2018. The new scheme requires entities (with obligations to secure personal information)  to notify individuals when their personal information is involved in an eligible data breach, as well as notifying the Office of the Australian Information Commission.
