Reputation risk is bigger, more frequent, and more far reaching today. A recent survey of US institutions showed that a significant majority of colleges and universities believe reputational risk is more important than before – and over half of institutions stated that they would not be able to withstand a major reputational risk event.

This risk is just as much a concern for Australian institutions, and for institutions other than universities and colleges. In this report we look at what has changed around this topic, why it matters, and suggest four things you should implement to help address this risk.
