This form applies to the management of most IT Projects for university and higher education business units. This checklist can be used by all Senior Managers, Business Unit Managers, Administrators and IT Project Managers (PM) to maximise the likelihood of positive outcomes for university sponsored IT projects.

This checklist is generic and may not be suitable for all IT Projects. It is recommended that each PM or Business Unit Manager utilising this checklist, employ modifications to ensure it is appropriate for their individual circumstances and to better identify and mitigate the risks inherent in their IT Project.
