Unimutual’s Annual Conference will be held Wednesday 19 to Friday 21 March 2025 at the Pullman Hotel in Adelaide, South Australia.
Join us in Adelaide for our 2025 Unimutual Annual Conference and learn about the importance of collaboration and leadership during challenging times, with a focus on sustainability.
Members will be able to participate in Member Development Sessions, designed for those new to Unimutual, or anyone seeking an opportunity to engage and gain further knowledge from the expert Unimutual team.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to network and discuss specific topics of relevance with the Unimutual team and other delegates. The Member Forum will be held for Members to discuss the challenges they are facing and share their own experiences and knowledge.
Across the three days, delegates will hear from and engage with a range of experts who will delve into topics such as data-driven decision making, emerging risks, reducing your protection/insurance spend and cyber incident response.
The conference will bring together personnel from universities and allied organisations involved in finance, risk management, risk and audit, insurance, properties and facilities, and legal services, as well as international brokerage firms and service providers involved in the higher education sector.

The conference is a highly regarded event attended by more than 100 delegates, providing invaluable networking opportunities with peers in the higher education and research sector. It is certainly an event not to be missed.
Important information
There is no limit on how many people can attend from your organisation.
For the First Member Delegate, Board Member and Technical Committee Member (if applicable), Unimutual will cover conference registration, accommodation and flight costs.
For the Second Member Delegate, Unimutual will cover conference registration and accommodation costs, with flights arranged and costs covered by the Member.
For additional Member Delegates, the conference registration fee is $600 (excl GST) + accommodation cost. Flights are arranged and costs covered by the Member.
Full conference registration fee for Non-Members is $1,900 (excl GST), this does NOT include the accommodation cost of $250 per night including 1 breakfast (excl GST).
