Welcome to the February edition of the Broker Business newsletter.
This month’s newsletter shares many exciting upcoming items as we kick off the new year, including our annual conference next month.
Member Experience Survey
Late last year we sent out a Member Experience Survey to help us better understand how our Members, your clients, feel about Unimutual, as well as how we can serve Members better.
The sentiment was overwhelmingly positive, with 95 per cent of Members satisfied with Unimutual and 93 per cent of Members trusting Unimutual as an organisation. In the survey, our Members told us that we respond in a timely manner, communicate effectively, and are experts in our field. Members also said they would like some more transparency regarding coverage and contributions.
At our upcoming conference I will be sharing further detail on the results of the Member Experience Survey and what our focus areas will be this year in response to Member feedback.

The conference theme, Resilience in a changing landscape, reflects the journey that we’re all on. Our program of speakers, forums, and networking events will provide you with opportunities to delve into what it means to be resilient and deal with constantly shifting parameters.
