Minutes of Annual General Meeting held on 30 March 2022.
Chair’s Report.
Consideration of the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 October 2022.
Election of Directors. Details of candidates for election will be distributed prior to the meeting.
That Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu be appointed as auditors for the year ending 31 October 2023.
That the maximum remuneration of all directors for the year ending 31 October 2023 be set at $350,000.
